Because if you read 10 pages a day, that's 300 pages a month. You're finishing maybe 2 books a month." KD: "Get into a meditation routine. 10 minutes a day. I promise you, after a month, you notice the difference. You notice the difference. You meditate because it makes everything else easier. It gets us into the present moment more as well, which is the only thing you can control."
